Common Symptoms
- Module launch button does not respond
- Module loads but freezes or goes blank
- Progress is not being saved after completing a module
- Module content displays incorrectly or partially
- Error message appears when attempting to launch
Status If you are seeing this ticket, check with the engineering team whether an active investigation exists before escalating as a new bug.
Workaround Ask the customer to:
- Refresh the page and retry
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Confirm their internet connection is stable
- Check if the issue affects all modules or a specific one
If the issue is isolated to one specific module, note the module name in the escalation summary.
When to Escalate Escalate as a new bug if multiple users from the same client are affected or if the issue occurs consistently in Production.
